What?

A beautiful 25 sq. meter studio apartment located on the 7th & top floor (with an elevator!) of an old Parisian building. Bathed in light, with a view over the rooftops of Paris, but perfectly darkened with French blinds for those of you that need to sleep in. Neighbours are quiet and friendly, helping to break the stereotype of Parisians ;) !

The apartment has a small entree...a full, separate bathroom with a shower, toilet, sink & a window. A spacious salon area inclusive of a beautiful marble fireplace, beautiful original crown moulding and a seating area looking out onto the large picture window with a fantastic skyline view.

Sleeps two with a fold down sofa that is very comfortable and comes with all linens. A large television and a deblocked dvd player are availabe if you want a night in, and there is a 24hr dvd rental place minutes from the apartment.

A separate kitchen with a window allows for you to comfortably prepare a meal at your leisure should it not suit to go out, or you're just too tired! It includes two electric hot plates, an oven, refrigerator, and your choice of coffee preparation (standard brew, espresso, coffee press and the European addiction ...Nespresso!) with which to enjoy your pastries. Dishware, cooking utensils & basic kitchen necessities are of course included. A dishwasher allows you to spend your holiday time relaxing not cleaning up dishes! :)

A comfortable dining area is set for two, but should you decide to entertain one or two guests for dinner, expands to seat four at a full table.

It also doubles as a comfortable location for computer work, with a wi-fi & direct router connection also provided, free of charge, for your laptop.

A guest hairdryer, and emergency toiletries (did you forget your toothbrush?) are found in the bathroom along with a first aid kit and bathroom linens. A window in the bathroom, when open creates a fantastic breeze through the apartment for those of you inclined to being warm, or just enjoying natural light!
